@AparnaGroup very bad customer service. No proper communication, no calls, nothing. Delayed handover, should have been ready 4 months ago. Now once ready, no one communicates on status, inspection and final Handover. Struggling as a customer. Flat A2105 and E803. Aparna Zicon.

@MoCA_GoI @IndiGo6E @MoCA_GoI this too Indigo says they're refunding to the travel agency from where I booked. I don't understand why they asked me the NEFT Form, Pan card and other details like cancelled cheque then? If they intend to involve travel agency then why ask these details?

@MoCA_GoI Thank you, @MoCA_GoI Just FYI, I was able to speak to the @IndiGo6E support team. They also couldn't help much as backend team is going to settle this. Now 3rd time they've asked me to fill in the same form, hoping for a closure this time.
