Really disappointed with the so called “dog friendly” @CenterParcsUK Even less things to do this year than last, despite £65 dog fee. Unfortunately means we won’t return and feels like a huge missed opportunity. Could be leading but is totally lacking

@dmb6970 @CenterParcsUK The dog activity areas are just fenced off patches you can let your dog off lead. There is 1 restaurant you can take a dog. They aren’t allowed into any the indoor areas or on the lake/beach. Our poor dog has to be on lead all the time as lodges don’t have secure gardens

Hi @thameswater I really need to get in touch someone about our blocked drains (leaking sewage) and have been on hold for 1.5 hours now!

@thameswater I’m trying to get through but been on hold for ages. Someone is supposed to be coming out to look at a blocked drain (leaking sewage) within 24 hours but I haven’t received the confirmation text. Is there a way to check this is all on the system etc ?
