That's wild. When I was doing ultramarathons years ago I had a very low resting heart rate but nowhere close to 39. My primary issue was that much running (besides the time comittment) was that it made it nearly impossible to maintain muscle, negatively effected the other sports I was into.

@DerrickEvans4WV What's worse is being behind someone at a 4-way stop with not a soul in a 50 mile radius of us and they come to a complete stop and hold it for 5 seconds. I usually just run the stop signs when there's obviously nobody around.

I get so annoyed by people who just sit there when the light turns green.
Sit there for 3-4 seconds then instead of giving it gas, just let off the break and barely move for the next 100 feet.

Who is right in the situation?
A Domino’s driver shows up with your pizza. You tell him all you have is 100 he explains to you that he only carries $15 and change.
The customer says he called the store and requested that change for 100 to be brought with. The driver insisted he doesn’t have a change and says the homeowner needs to call the store and pay with a credit card.

I have observed lots and lots of positive news for XRP, more than in the last 5 years.
Price isn't moving 💯 because of war uncertainty.
When the war is concluded, XRP will see a price surge and likely catch a huge pump wave.
The war must end, either way, just timing. It will be days, not weeks.
