Amstrad CPC BASIC 10 Liner game finished, I now just need to figure out if I can get a HTML5 wrapper for itch.io, and to do the instructions etc. It's been more challenging than I thought, fitting this game, as it says on the tin, into 10 lines of BASIC #Amstrad

Finally finished creating my #textadventuregame on the Sinclair ZX81. I won't win any design awards, or speed awards, but it's all mine and based on my friends awesome book. Now that's done I'll focus on more graphical systems, or maybe assembly #ZX81 amzn.eu/d/04riQm68 The map was really hard to code, as were the simple graphics. You'll need a wobbly (or not) 16k RAM expansion but this will work on the ZX81, ZX Next or emulators, I like Eighty One

@rvertulo It's been great watching this game develop. Thanks for sharing. In other news, I now think I've got to grips with basic on the 2600 woo hoo! I get hardly any errors compiling now, it's just a matter of making my game any good! 😅

Update on Souls Savior for #C64… I’ve changed some sprites and created an opening screen, which is still just a draft. The game is almost finished, but I still need to make a few small adjustments to gameplay balance and overall presentation. #commodore #retrogaming

@VirtualJames Thank you... The Atari is one of the most difficult platforms to program for, even using Batari BASIC. The hardware limitations demand a lot of knowledge and creativity. That's why I consider games for this platform to be true works of art.

Souls Savier for #C64 update… now we have Stage Bosses, and I can guarantee it’s not easy to defeat them! The game will feature six stage bosses, and overcoming all of them will lead the player to the end of the game. #commodore #C64Reposts #retrogaming

I needed a break from debugging my text adventure games for ZX81 and C64, so I thought I'd try the Atari Dev Studio in Visual Studio Code. I take the crown from ET for the worst Atari 2600 game ever, but it's a start! Not bad for an hours work #Atari
