A red regime is not just “price is down.”
It means the market has lost the structural conditions that usually support continuation.
That is why red regimes can produce the deepest and darkest pullbacks.
But they do not all end the same way.
The first sign of repair is rarely a perfect bottom.
It usually starts with failure.
Failure to keep breaking lower.
Failure of sellers to get paid after new lows.
Failure of rallies to immediately collapse.
Failure of resistance to keep acting like resistance.
Then the market has to do the real work
reclaim lost structure,
hold the reclaim,
repair deeper structure,
hold that too,
and finally prove the move is not just another rally into supply.
That is the process.
A red regime is not escaped by hope.
It is escaped by structure.

One of my biggest Bitcoin regrets wasn’t buying at the top.
It was not buying enough at $16,000.
I remember opening X every day and seeing endless calls for $10k, $8k, even lower.
The timeline was drowning in fear, uncertainty, and doom.
I listened more than I should have.
And I didn’t deploy as aggressively as I could have.
Am I saying this is the bottom?
No.
Bitcoin could go lower tomorrow, next week, or next month.
What I am saying is this:
The exact same emotions, the exact same FUD, and the exact same hesitation I felt at $16k are the same emotions many people are feeling today.
In a year or two, most won’t remember today’s fear.
They’ll only remember the opportunity they didn’t take.
Just like I remember $16k.
Markets reward conviction and punish hesitation.
Time has a way of making today’s scary prices look ridiculously cheap.
I learned that lesson once.
I’m not interested in learning it again. ₿

Tak tady máme znovu-navržený update tohoto zákona senátorem @RepNickBegich s marketingovým názvem:
American Reserve Modernization Act of 2026 (aka ARMA) s tím, že oficiální název je:
"To establish a Strategic Bitcoin Reserve and other programs to ensure the transparent management of Bitcoin holdings of the Federal Government, to offset costs utilizing certain resources of the Federal Reserve System, and for other purposes."
Najdete ho případně pod číslem H.R.8957 a byl podán 21. 5. 2026.
Proč ale nezůstali u původního Bitcoin Act?
ARMA je upravená a vylepšená verze - více o dlouhodobé strategii a transparentnosti, méně o okamžitých velkých nákupech. Cílem bylo udělat bill přijatelnější pro širší Kongres (proto změna názvu + ko-sponzoři z obou polických stran).
Ze zákona byla odstraněna část o nákupu 1 milionu BTC a zaměřuje se více na konsolidaci zabavených BTC a potenciální nákupy "budget-neutral" způsobem. Nicméně i aktualizace návrhu obsahuje povinné držení bitcoinu 20 let a prodej jen za účelem splacení národního dluhu.
Plný text zákona H.R. 8957 zatím ještě není plně dostupný na webu kongresu a na finální verzi znění návrhu si tak musíme ještě počkat.

Binance decided to nuke us there a bit lower on $BTC spot selling.
This data is crazy to watch sometimes. When Binance is bidding and Coinbase is selling $BTC goes higher.
When Binance is selling and Coinbase isn't price drops.
Seem like we want Binance bidding Spot $BTC and Coinbase selling Spot $BTC we go up.
Just something to keep tabs on in the coming weeks.
Binance seems to still be in full control of the crypto market.

Dokud budou mainstreamoví ekonomové opakovat cinty o mezigeneračních slibech, měnách založených na důvěře a podobných nesmyslech, nemůžeme chtít po obyčejných lidech, aby byli finančně či peněžně gramotní.
Nazývejme věci tak, jak jsou. Průběžný důchodový systém je normální pyramidové schéma, za které chodí jiní sedět a státní měny nestojí na žádné důvěře lidí, nýbrž na hrozbě násilí.
Důvěru si nemůžete vynutit. Ta se buduje dlouhodobě.

Důchodový systém se neláme ve chvíli, kdy dojdou peníze, ale ve chvíli, kdy lidé přestanou věřit slibu mezi generacemi. V pátek jsem psal o pětisetkoruně: o kusu papíru, který má hodnotu jen proto, že mu dost lidí věří. Nedělní pokračování začíná tam, kde se podobná víra začne drolit. Ekonomické mýty nejsou pohádky pro slabší povahy. Jsou to protokoly spolupráce. Peníze, smlouvy, důchody, soudy nebo stát fungují proto, že lidé přijali stejný popis hry. Běžná intuice říká: když se objeví nová data, společnost upraví model. Jenže lidé nejsou spreadsheet. Když je na určitém příběhu postavený pocit spravedlnosti, status nebo vlastní životní bilance, fakta se nečtou neutrálně. Proto se nefunkční mýty často nehroutí najednou. Politika je udržuje při životě dluhem, odkladem a jazykem jistoty. Starý software padá, ale málokdo chce být tím, kdo oznámí, že aktualizace bude bolet. Nejde jen o důchody. Stejný mechanismus najdeme u energetiky, školství, zdravotnictví i veřejných financí. Jakmile se rozpadne společný příběh o tom, co je férové a ověřitelné, každá reforma se změní v podezření. Nejtěžší otázka proto nezní, kterému příběhu máme všichni věřit. Zní, podle jakého procesu poznáme, že se starý příběh odpojil od reality. V nové eseji na Substacku Peníze, procenta a prosperita rozebírám, proč algoritmy a AI tento problém nezpůsobily, ale mohou ho výrazně zlevnit a zrychlit. Odkaz najdete v prvním komentáři. Co je menší riziko: tvrdě aktualizovat společný příběh, nebo dál kupovat čas dluhem a podezřením?

Michael @Saylor glaubt, dass der Bitcoin-Kurs von der „Rehypothezierung“ von $BTC zurückgehalten wird. 🧐 Denn oft müssen die Coins „weiterverpfändet“ werden, um Zugang zu einem Kredit zu erhalten bzw. bessere Konditionen dafür zu bekommen. 🏦💸 Das Problem dabei ist aber, dass die BTC dann weiterverwendet werden, also quasi nicht aus dem Umlauf gezogen werden – und ggf. auch an Short-Seller verliehen werden, die diese dann direkt am Markt verkaufen. 📉😳 Sollte sich das traditionelle Bankensystem also stärker für Bitcoin öffnen, so wird diese Praxis laut Saylor ein Ende haben und der Kurs – auch begünstigt durch einen „Short-Squeeze“ – in die Höhe schießen. 🚀
