Iirc the only sex scene in the movie was before the scene where Real Nikki talked to him and it doesn’t imply that he continued having sex with her after. In fact, I’m pretty sure she went insane right after this and killed everyone and then Bear killed himself. They didn’t have time to have sex after this scene.

Neither Nikki nor Bear is a villain. There is no villain. It's just a sad, tragic story. And people can no longer differentiate between a flawed character and an evil person because they're incapable of processing things outside of the most black-or-white lens imaginable.
