@AlliantCU A refund was made by Kohls to a defunct Alliant credit card on 9/14/19, which was never transferred to my new card. Kohls has confirmed in writing "...our sales department confirmed that the refund was not returend back to us" How do I escalate?
@Kohls I was issued a refund on 9/14/2019 that kohls insisted on putting on a canceled card. As a result, the bank refused to receive the credit. Now the money lies with Kohls and even after hours wasted with their cust. service I am nowhere near receiving refund.☹️

@Walmart Harrowing experience 🙁refer order 3951859-280093 for tires. The wrong tires were sent to the Walmart auto center and the store made me wait 3.5 hours to finally let me know that no installation could be done! The most cust srvc would do is allow a return! Wow!
@VerizonSupport VZ excels: Spoke to a supervisor, Inga Stevens, few days back. She told me she'd get back to me on Monday, 9/4/17 by 3pm. Still waiting. ☹️
