@Shipt how come people who pay a monthly fee for the service do not have a option where we can turn on in our accounts so that only our preferred shoppers can see our order. I only want to help my preferred shoppers make a living. I don’t care about all those other people.

@Shipt I just joined a annual membership. Placing my first order I noticed you have a mark up on every item plus a fee for any order under $35. You don't talk about a mark up of each item. I canceled my membership and request a refund. Thank you.

@Shipt@Pinktabulous4U Yeah I got deactivated just because I have the app open on two cell phones for whenever it crashed on one phone I would use the other phone and I got deactivated and I had top ratings and a bunch of preferred members

The fact that i don’t have the option to go pick it up myself is even more insane.
I don’t have time to cancel and wait for the hold yall placed to lift either.
@Shipt I got logged out and when I tried to get login help they said all information for deactivation was provided in email.
I never received an email so can someone please tell me why I was deactivated?
As far as I know I was just logged out. Shipt does this randomly
I use @Shipt for grocery delivery from @Dierbergs for my 81 year old mom. Shipt will just arbitrarily change the price of items between checking out a cart and my final bill because "prices at the local store may have changed." Except, this happens on items that are on sale at EVERY Dierbergs at the city. Shipt just decides to take more money and so they do, and when you try to do a customer service chat about it, they say that they are allowed to charge more if the item costs more at a local store.
This is theft and against the terms of service
@Shipt Twice my order has come well before my requested window. The first time you blamed it on the shopper and instructed me to rate them poorly. But now I think it’s your error, not theirs.

@Shipt Has the worst service ever. Don’t use it. Their drivers seem to think there are more than one hotel with the same address in one city. But if you call, they don’t answer. Great product.
Day 23: I was hoping for a slightly better day but no matter how hard I try I just can't get there. @Target didn't bother to tell me or the kind @Shipt shopper (I felt terrible he got screwed over too) the store was half out of power - and half out of stuff. They were willing to take what money they could from you so they screwed you by allowing it "purchased" even though they knew it wasn't. So now I can't access any frozen or cold food because they don't care. Dealing with this caused so much time too. It is also wrecking my mental abilities even worse.
And that's just dealing with food and @Target and dealing with the removed brain part. There is more, that's just the worst of the day.
It's all killing my brain figuring anything out 😠

@Shipt I was still learning when I was permanently deactivated after 3 weeks working with shipt and completing just orders due to customer ratings. I respectfully requested a second review, but no one was willing to help.i called support and they hung up on me.
