Why This Feels Like a War Crime?

A couple of objections.
First: neither Iskander, Khinzal or Zyrkon missiles take prisoners, understand mercy or have a heart. And russians aim them at civilians.
Second: running out of ammo doesn't turn you into a non combatant.
Third: orcs have surrendered to drones hundreds of times. This particular one wasn't surrendering.
Fourth: if he didn't want to be unalived he could've stayed at his swamp.
Fifth: fuck you and your mental gymnastics to turn aggressors into victims.
