@warwickEQM Take the 3 knob screws appart. You will have access to the bottom plate of the holder. When puting it back in place you will need a carpenter square to make sure the plate is at 90degree. For every pitch increment (back knob) you have to adjust the left and right knob by 2 clicks

Can anyone help me stop this movement on the holder? I tried tightening the screws but my Allen wrench can’t get under the holder to tighten them.
