🚨 LMAO: Thomas Massie COMPLAINS on the radio about his Trump-backed opponent turning down his 5 debate requests, sounds insecure about polling being released soon. Tom was a guest on Brian Thomas' show on the Cincinnati 55KRC station this morning. He was extremely dishonest throughout, especially during this attached segment where he smeared Ed Gallrein for refusing to debate him. He said Ed turned down 5 debate requests, despite turning down several debate requests from at least 2 opponents: Todd McMurtry & Bill Adkins. Massie acknowledged that it's not good to debate if you're ahead, then says he's ahead, yet that a poll will come out soon that he "thinks" will show him leading. He didn't sound confident at all. In February, he was at an event where he stated he was 17 points ahead according to his internals, then last month during his Moneybomb he said the race is close, & now it's he "thinks" he's ahead in the polls. He gave a really bad excuse for why he, as the incumbent, is demanding a debate with Gallrein: "If he's going to force everyone to watch $7 million dollars' worth of his ads, he should show up for a debate." He also brought up Ed's out-of-state funding, but ignores the fact that, so far this term, only 5% of his donations come from Kentucky. He bashes Ed for taking money from billionaires, but also accepts contributions from billionaires.

This is absurd Rogue Judge behavior by Brian Murphy. 8 U.S. Code § 1254a(b)(5)(A): Judicial Review of this determination was stripped. This Rogue Judge lacks the subject matter jurisdiction to issue this order. The assault on the rule of law continues.
