@themetalvoice Amazing follow up. Weaker... Only by comparison. Their debut was.and is not just one of the all time debuts for a hard rock band but one of the all time freatest hard rock albums. Top 5. Fyi my top 3 are vh debut and back in black and highway to hell. Great album!

@themetalvoice I like the album but it is bloated and the choruses are weak and lazy. Great guitar though. A little too poppy sound on em but still a good tone amd great guitar work. Better than no prayer and sensjustau. And i think overall better than fear but fear has better songs.

I think it’s driven by mass indifference to the institution by rock fans , and in the case of Maiden they have expressed major disinterest in it. Bruce has spoken against it. If @IronMaiden activated their fan base and said they wanted to be in, they’d instantly go to the top. That being said the fan vote is essentially meaningless and doesn’t get bands in anyway. But if Maiden told their fans to vote, they’d dominate this. They’ve been snubbed so long now I think the band and the fans are over it. If they get in it will end up being like Priest, Randy and others, a side category that circumvents the voters. Sad but true.
