@CityFibre @VodafoneUK @CommsOmbudsman - week 4 of inconsistent WiFi in my home. Whilst Vodafone has been helpful there is still not engineer support as there is not issue from @CityFibre line or equipment…. Meanwhile this is the @CityFibre box in my home.

@CityFibre - can someone explain to me why my broadband keeps dropping out and whilst my service provider acknowledges the issue you refuse to provide an engineer to investigate / resolve the issue…

@CityFibre Have you not read the info I have provided. I have raised it through Vodafone, they are advising that you are refusing to deal with the issue as you don’t think there is one….yet my WiFi is not working, my city fibre box has read lights on it suggesting it is very much an issue.
