@FedExHelp - what does it mean for a shipment in India to be under retrieval process for 6 days ? It has been cleared by customs and @FedExIndia has be unable to resolve my numerous queries for status updates, giving the generic reply.

@GST_Council, can vendors supplying goods to Government funded research claim refund under "inverted duty structure" as the goods are purchased at 18% and sold at 5% due to the concessional rate ? Its hard for SMBs to continue/sustain as un-utilized credit is not being refunded.

@magicaltrout I remember I had accidentally stumbled upon a setting that would mark my email read only when I opened them in a separate window as opposed to just scrolling through emails in the reading pane. Maybe check outlook preferences.

Is there a setting in Outlook for Mac that marks an email read like, when you read, it as opposed to when you click away from it having, you know, read it?
