@makemytripcare @DeepKalraMMT I have sent DM with Booking id and all detail info. Also Fix all Customer Care issues. Email support not working, Call center IVR not reaching issue on existing booking and human chat bot rather virtual chat bot. Else we have to report all issues & Queries on twitter.
