@DartingtonTrust do something about the customer service at the Dartington Hall hotel- it’s dreadful !!

@DartingtonTrust continued …The email address does not work, I have tried messages through Facebook, Booking.com, and now Twitter/ X. I really don’t know how this is run as a commercial operation when there is no way to reach the property - it’s very off putting

@DartingtonTrust I am writing to complain about lack of any customer contact from the Dartington Hall hotel - the Tél nos given either do not work, or not answered and no calls are returned if you leave a message.

@rugsdirectuk have had no reply to my emails re refund on order 13058. Reply please before I escalate

@johnlewishelp I used a discount code to buy an iPhone 15. I am now returning as want to buy iPhone 16 instead. Can I use the discount code again ?

@waitrose I have already called your customer service team twice on behalf of my mother and got no explanation of why Waitrose could not inform customers of the situation and no help on what to do.

@waitrose My mother’s grocery order got cancelled today - no explanation. Now found out delivery issues when I held on customer service line - this is NOT good customer service. You should explain to your customers what is happening. Badly handled Waitrose.

@LibDems it’s such a pity that the postal vote forms are out so late - you had a guaranteed 2 votes but now have to leave on holiday.
