@Wyrdseeker @British_Airways Who's flying on these daily flights from London to South Africa? I can't believe there are enough diplomats or business travellers to fill them. Perhaps @British_Airways has worked out it's cheaper to fly empty planes than give refunds to leisure travellers who booked b4 March?

@British_Airways have resumed daily flights from London to Cape Town but South Africa isn’t allowing tourists from the UK to enter. How full are these flights? Who’s travelling? Are they viable for BA? Is BA offering vouchers to those who booked before COVID flex offer #BA59

@British_Airways Why am I paying a high fee to change my flight to Cape Town when the South African government haven’t even confirmed if the uk is allowed to travel from 1 October ??? It’s disgraceful and unethical. I have a flight on 1 October that might not even go ahead.@British_Airways

I should be flying to Cape Town tomorrow, but due to the Covid situation I obviously can't go. Even though I booked a non refundable ticket and the flight is still going ahead, a 15 min phone call to @britishairways and I've got a voucher to cover the whole cost. Well done BA. 😀

@Wyrdseeker @British_Airways In other other words, if you didn’t take out travel insurance at time of booking or before COVID-19 kicked off, you’re screwed.
