A 78-year-old woman in jail over a car crash in the same city where a man who stabbed a 94-year-old is free on probation? What is going on with our justice system. She's not a threat without the car: just take her license.

@RealDianeYap Liang had his gun drawn because he was afraid: he was not investigating a crime. Even then, he broke every rule about gun handling, putting his finger on the trigger of a NYPD Glock with a heavy pull to minimize accidental shootings.

Here's another Asian on black case they make a big deal of. But did you know the Asian cop's bullet only hit Akai Gurley because it *ricocheted off the wall* first? They're trying to make a freak accident into murder because they have so few cases.
