@BaseballJeff1 I think it's something mechanical rather than physical, his swing length is also shorter, which would result in a slow swing speed. Of players with a similar or shorter length swing only Carson Benge has a higher swing speed

his bat speed is four (4!) MPH slower than last year he had 90th percentile bat speed in 2024. 24th percentile bat speed this year. it’s very sad but i fear you are correct. i dont see this getting fixed this season, if at all

@bantheshift @basebaIIsam it's a mechanical change, his swing length is down, which means his swing speed is down. He's still an outlier in terms of strength as only Carson Benge has a higher bat speed with a similar or shorter swing

@PavlovicNBCS saw mention of Josuar Gonzalez being pulled from the Speing Breakout roster and Bo Davidson taking his place. But the roster the org sent out still lists Josuar on the roster and not Bo. Which of the two can we look forward to seeing in the game?

Kang I’ve seen play live now a few times and she has the juice. Plus you’d figure maybe with the quad turning over she’ll be given a veteran player or two as she ages into women’s and gets more powerful. Spiller I haven’t seen live yet but I know @ryanfry79 is a huge believer

@cullenoncurling Spiller and Kang really are the interesting ones to me. To be top ten for Kang and top 20 for Spiller in the rankings is extremely impressive.
