Last point! When patients in the hospital get flu or COVID, they are at much higher risk than the average person. In our recent study at MGB, hospital-onset Omicron associated with a 60% increase in mortality. acpjournals.org/doi/10.7326/M2… These infections are worth preventing. fin/🧵
