@JonahDispatch Howard living with his mom was way more about his emotional immaturity than a financial decison. After his mom passed the house was clearly a good investment decision for their young family.

I thought it was very weird. Also weird: the idea that a top flight engineer who made all sorts of important stuff for NASA lived with his mom and thought he was too poor to have a kid, even though his wife was a high ranking pharmaceutical executive. Also, Leonard’s marriage to Penny made no sense. He totally should have hooked up with Alex or the hot comic book artist.
Timeless Praise™🤴@First_alphas

Nobody thought it was weird in the big bang theory that Penny; a waitress, was able to afford rent in a building where two physicists with PHDs were roommates just to split rent?

@darrenrovell SportsCenter was a live action Sports Page. “Oh, all the scores are online and all the highlights are on Twitter!” But I can’t get the story of a game from disjointed clips. At their best SC anchors tell that story.

@darrenrovell I didn’t stop watching because they weren’t giving air time to some stupid tik-tok influencer. It became less important to me when it began imitating all the shouting pane shows that followed it instead of sharing highlights of all the game I couldn’t watch.

@jimgeraghty I drank a coca-cola once and didn’t get diabetes. So obviously it’s a health drink.

In these discussions, it’s common to find intense disagreement over whether marijuana is addictive or can lead to psychotic disorders, with some people citing their experiences of trying it years ago and never becoming addicted or having bad reactions. But we should not be surprised that different human beings with different body chemistries can experience dramatically different reactions to a psychotropic drug. @ESisson7 I feel like an 18-22 year old should be mature enough to say. “Coach, my shoes don’t fit.”

🚨 @SenSchumer intervenes on $100+ NJ Transit prices to MetLife for World Cup:  ""FIFA is set to reap nearly $11 billion from this summer's World Cup, yet New York area commuters and residents are being handed the bill. NJ Transit may be forced to charge fans an eye-popping $100-plus for a train ride that normally costs $13, because FIFA's hosting agreement dumps added transportation and security costs onto states and cities while FIFA keeps the revenue from tickets, broadcasting, and concessions. That is not a partnership, that is a shakedown because World Cup tickets already cost fans a fortune. The least FIFA can do is ensure that New York residents can enter the stadium without being gouged at the turnstile. I am calling on FIFA to step up and cover transportation costs for host cities and states. New York commuters and residents should not subsidize an $11 billion windfall."

Exclusive @TheAthleticFC : Current NJ Transit plans for return train from NY Penn Station to MetLife Stadium during World Cup are for tickets to be priced at over $100. Usual price is $12.90, making it more than a 7-fold increase for World Cup fans. nytimes.com/athletic/71933…

@BridgetPhetasy At this point I’m less outraged than saddened at his Pathetic need for self affirmation. The only thing left is to laugh at someone so vocally self confident, yet so obviously insecure.

@MattWalshBlog Please show me an example of, “Others are full pro-Trump and insist that he can never be criticized and anyone who questions him or expresses any skepticism about anything he does is a traitor to the cause.” I’ll wait.

Some big names have shifted full anti-Trump. Others are full pro-Trump and insist that he can never be criticized and anyone who questions him or expresses any skepticism about anything he does is a traitor to the cause. Fewer and fewer prominent figures on the right are staking out the only actual sane position, which is that Trump is a politician who sometimes we will agree with and sometimes we will not agree with, and our right and responsibility as Americans is to be honest in either case.
Tim Pool@Timcast

two big things in conservative and independent media big accounts have shifted full anti Trump others have shifted to posting viral general content
