BREAKING: The Islamic Republic is preparing to hang eight women. Not a word from the international community or so-called human rights organizations.

“The Supreme Court should be the end of institutional capture, not the start of a forever war” Great piece from Janice Turner @VictoriaPeckham about the civil servants holding back the Code of Practice Gift link thetimes.com/article/b378f9…

Huge thanks to @mbmpolicy for this. Even before the @ForWomenScot Supreme Court ruling it was clear in law what 'mother' means and the Charity Commission told us that they had 'no views' on whether a charity 'should or should not become more trans inclusive'.

@mbmpolicy This is excellent. I hope @ThirdSector & @CivilSocietyUK will report it to counter the articles they ran on the open letter suggesting charities didn’t need to “exclude trans people when this runs counter to what they think is the best way of delivering their charitable objects”

The hyperbolic language of "policing toilets" is used to sow confusion and panic. Services should have rules and enforce them, as they do for things like health & safety rules. Let's get away from semantic nonsense about "policing" and "enforcing". Just follow the law.

🧵 A reminder that: The SC judgment wasn’t about whether trans people in general should be treated as the opposite sex under the Equality Act *It was already known that they should not* /1
Dr Mike Hill@DrMikeHill

@akuareindorf Are you saying it didn’t get reviewed and endorsed by the board of which you were a member? I, like others included businesses, charities and public sector organisations don’t think it was straight forward at all. Nor do they think the law is either clear or easy to implement.

Urgent! @GOVUK is proposing to allow boys into all under 18s girls’ school sport - unless it is deemed unsafe… … ignoring both unfairness & the evidence that it puts girls off sport Use SEEN in Sport’s guidance in the next post to respond to the KCSIE consultation 1/ consult.education.gov.uk/independent-ed…

I’m shocked to find out someone working for the grifting, thieving, lying LGBTQ+ mafia has been accused of *checks notes* being a grifting, thieving liar. Shocked. Shocked I say. Round up the usual suspects. 👇 telegraph.co.uk/news/2026/04/0…
