@AnnTaylor @AnnTaylor why would I place more orders when you’re not handling the one I placed a week ago. It’s been 7 days and order has not shipped and no one is answering your phones. Auto response is order is processing. Unacceptable service.

Did @AnnTaylor go out of business? sending me emails from their brands daily to buy clothing However, I have been calling the Ann Taylor customer service number for days and no one is answering. I even tried the place a new order prompt and nobody picked up the phone.

Do better @SUBWAY. My order was messed up. I tried to resolve it privately. I did the online chat TWICE and it said look out for an email. I just got an email that my case was “resolved” YET NOTHING WAS DONE. I also tried DM here and nothing!!! Wow
