@80percentvegan 24% of his disciples ran a positive split of over 10%. I’m guessing long runs weren’t cool enough to be on the plan.

@timcook79 Sustained running of 5 to 8 mile at as near to 6 minute miles I could get.Repeat miles x 3 to 5 and two miles x 2 or 3.Hill workouts no longer than 3 minutes,track workouts usually 300 or 400 x 12 but I ran these more controlled because of risk of injury.
