17 yr old son left 2 years of A level art in A3 clear plastic portfolio with black book marked La Sainte Union & name: Joseph Wallis. Left on C11 bus 1:30 yesterday. Got on Parliament Hill got off Rosslyn Hill. He can’t get his A level art without it. Can u help: generous reward.

Since I wrote this tweet about being inspired, either I or little scrxisi have been ill and I have done zero running. I've let it get to me, which I shouldn't have, but I remain keen to get out there. Maybe next week?

I really enjoyed this. Running and transport were always going to be big ticks but a really sensible approach to taking care of yourself both mentally and physically really talked to me. And, I'm inspired to resurrect my own stalled running projects - it's been years!
