Our plea for making inroads on the sector funding gap which is at the root of our staffing crisis has been ignored and kicked into the long grass for next govt to deal with 😡 this cannot be acceptable. The process laid out in this doc is totally unnecessary. #bias is clear.

@2020Together 1. Great article.Just wish we would have some honesty around rates. Using percentages to make an argument @ELCScotGov isn’t really on.Please use rate 2rate. With 1140hrs it went from £3.50ph which was nearly £3 per less than pvi were charging for non funded prov to £5.31ph a 51%

@ELCScotGov know perfectly well that this misrepresents the reality of where we are, but that’s politics. The next steps are either, working together to agree an acceptable roadmap with PVI, or further exposure of the inequalities and the legality of the bias and discrimination.
