I get the feeling that in gymnastics, we are in a strange period where time has passed, headlines receded, and abusive clubs and coaches are starting to creep back in, through new avenues, by putting a fresh face on their organisation or starting a new one. 🤔

Dear @FA, Usually an open letter is quite polite. This one won't be. You don't deserve it. You made a 17-year-old girl cry and get on her knees and apologise for calling a full grown man a fucking man. Women aren't having that. In fact, she only asked a question, the fairest question on the pitch. She asked a man if he was a man, and then told him to get off the pitch of a woman's football game. Your actual FUCKING JOB is to make sure women's football is played fairly, by women, and you let a man with a beard and some jewellery lie and cheat his way onto the pitch. Have you lost your fucking minds or do you just hate women? Could be both, even if your chair IS a woman. She's just a traitor to the rest of us fighting for fair and safe sport for women. When the snivelling misogynists at @kickitout came along reporting her for telling the truth, it was your actual fucking job to tell them to fuck off with that snitching, bullying bullshit. What did you do? You gave her a 6 match ban. You made the choice to prioritise a hairy-arsed cheat over a girl who has had to fight her way to that team place, only to be told she's a bigot and a transphobe for correctly pointing at the hairy-arsed cheat. Sue me if he waxes his arse because that would be the only lie here. You're banging out "discrimination" judgements at 17-year-old girls who can correctly identify what they see in front of them, while you get on your knees to the fucking trans bullies because you can't stand up for women. I wrote the words below in April, about the UK left, and I'm retweeting them today for the benefit of some of the numbskulls in my mentions. Women like me, and there are a lot of us, aren't and never have been far-right. We simply want the left to wake the hell up, because we're watching it do its utmost to alienate people it used to represent. I'm not saying Trump's win was down to the gender stuff - I'm not an American voter, so can't judge. In any case, the Labour Party won the last UK election and they've embraced gender identity ideology whole-heartedly (although they won against a Tory government so enfeebled and unpopular it would have been miraculous if they hadn't, and their popularity since gaining office has plummeted.) What I do know is that millions of women in the UK and across the developed world are extremely angry about men in women's sport, men in women's jails and the erosion of single-sex spaces. Parents are angry at being demonised because they don't want their troubled kids to undergo irreversible medical treatments of extremely questionable benefit. People are sick to the back teeth of being bullied and threatened for refusing to embrace an elitist, academia-generated ideology that's having severe real world consequences. Large swathes of the left continue to be threatening and abusive to anybody who resists their attempts to impose ideological language or bully them out of wrongthink. Leftist activists jeer and sneer at erstwhile female allies for the crime of believing biological sex is real and matters. And leftist leaders still appear more interested in sucking up to gender activists than - to take a topical example in the UK - female nurses whose crime is not wanting to undress in front of a fully intact male. So to those screaming 'bigot' and 'fascist' at me, you should know two things. Firstly, I'm completely indifferent to your disapproval, as I'd have thought you'd have realised by now. Secondly, and far more importantly, the only thing more harmful to your cause than your pseudo-religious belief in gender identities is your astounding, self-righteous arrogance.

Lots of questions on this, so some clarification: Imane Khelif is not transgender, but Intersex. That means he has a likely disorder of sexual development (DSD), and countries like Algeria do not regularly test for these conditions at birth. Perhaps he has partial or complete androgen insensitivity syndrome (great explanatory video about this on YouTube). But with an XY chromosomal structure, high naturally produced testosterone levels, and obvious physical advantages it's clear he eventually experienced male pubertal development. In biology and blood--things that matter in sports-- Khelif is male. But in Algeria, there is no option to alter sex classifications on official documentation like birth certificates or passports. For purposes of that nation, he is still officially “female” --but only as far as official records are concerned. Consistency is key. The Olympics has banned or stripped medals from dozens of female Russian athletes for less, after it was discovered they were doping with performance enhancing hormones. The same rules should have applied here. This isn't about "thinking differently" or "bigotry" or whatever newspeak is circulating. It's about science, consistency, and the rule law. It's also about women not being hit in the face by men. #SaveWomensSports
