@tpwfg thx for the info, for now we recommend that you let the video finish the processing to YouTube to be able to set it to public

@TeamYouTube Hi there, TeamYouTube, I have a video that's already viewable (by me as a private video on YouTube in 4k), but it also says "processing will begin shortly." I appear to be able to post it, can I do that safely?

@TeamYouTube Thank you. I do understand that. I uploaded it 14 hours ago, I can view it on YouTube in 4k, yet it says it's still processing. If it was, I wouldn't be able to view it in 4k. The other downside is I can't, actually, post it as public, because it still thinks it's processing.

@tpwfg uploading & processing times can vary depending on your file size, internet & upload traffic. this can take anywhere from a few minutes to several hours especially w/ higher quality vids that usually take longer to upload. more info here: goo.gle/45XYfIs

@Lenzolth @Arkuns0 @whatdarrensays @Cromwelp @Davidson033xx And as someone who has been disabled since the mid-2000s, I'm also someone who appreciated the fact that more and more, Steam allowed me to actually purchase games when I couldn't even leave the house. So, yes, Steam did earn their customer base, in more ways than one.

And if my old memory serves me correctly, as I've been a PC gamer since the 80s, Valve's original iteration of Steam was basically used to update things like Half-Life and Counter-Strike, back before CS was BIG.

There are so many games now that I’m very comfortable saying that if a PC game isn’t on Steam, imma skip it. Thank you for helping with my backlog. I like at least that GOG exists with its idealism & function, but man, using another launcher is a hard sell in 2023.
