Good news: Anthropic just revealed Mythos- the most powerful AI model ever made Bad news: you'll never be able to use it I get it. It's so powerful that it could exploit cybersecurity But I hate it. I don't love that a company gets to hand select who gets to use the best intelligence. The companies who get access to Mythos will have a distinct economic advantage against those that don't That feels unfair I'm more of a fan of democratization of intelligence. This feels like an opportunity for OpenAI to release something as powerful but put it in the hands of consumers. Trust the consumer by default. Sort of like with the OpenClaw situation Another reason to root for open source

@KaiXCreator guess your are not running local models yet that are actually useful. Then the limit will reached quite fast. You will be forced to once frontier models go to >1000,- per month in the future :(

This is insane. Gemma 4 26B running at 13GB on my Macbook M1, full context window. 20-40 tokens a second. This was a REAP model by @0xseraph further optimized through coherence physics. Dead heads were pruned and replaced by SVD rotations. Weights were quantized, and KV cache was optimized to be negligible. I am now working to get speed up higher. Wild to be talking to a local LLM which has been shrunk through the oscillator physics I have been working on for 6+ months now. #project89

It’s over. Anthropic just banned OpenClaw. Uncensored thoughts: 1. Massive mistake that will come back to bite them 2. Open source needs to win. If you have a local model running on your Mac mini, no corporation will ever be able to ban you 3. ChatGPT 5.4 is the best model. But it sucks compared to opus in OpenClaw. I will continue to pay for Anthropic api 4. I have no doubt the next OpenAI model will be optimized for Openclaw and be excellent 5. In 6 months the local models will be as good as opus 4.6 and all of this will be forgotten 6. It’s feels like from a consumer sentiment perspective things have flipped for OpenAI and Anthropic. They were the darlings when Opus 4.5 came out 7. Going to the Kanye concert right now please don’t spoil the stage or set list in the replies 8. The best openclaw set up is now Opus as the orchestrator, then much cheaper models as the execution layer. If you do this properly you won’t be paying much more than $200 a month. I’m using Gemma 4 and Qwen 3.5 for execution on my DGX Spark and Mac Studio
