End of World War II it could have been. We were the SOLE nuclear power. What did we do? The ONLY COUNTRY and PEOPLE in the history of the world that instead put them away and spent our money helping other countries, and former enemies, to REBUILD. The entire world owes us respect. Never forget.

Hate to break it to you, Mike. But it is our money. #TaxTheRich

@FiredUpCoug Not me. We use that day as “Christmas Preparation Day”. We put up the tree, decorations and hand out Christmas candy while singing carols to all these weirdos who show up at our door saying trick or treat. Sometimes I am Santa.

Elon Musk is not stealing from you.
Gavin Newsom is stealing from you.
Karen Bass is stealing from you.
Tim Walz is stealing from you.
Elizabeth Warren is stealing from you.
AOC is stealing from you.
Becoming wealthy does not make you evil.
The people who take from you, promising to fix problems and then enriching themselves while trying to get you to hate those they're taking the money from... are evil.

I want to introduce you to Steve. He’s 83. His wife died a few months ago and he comes to this lodge in Spring Mill, Indiana and draws. He taught art in Terre Haute, IN his whole life. He also did courtroom sketches in court cases. In the comments I’ll share some pics from his sketchbook. He was excited when I said I was going to share his sketches with the world.

Oh yes, I remember that Bond film where the villain decarbonized the auto industry, brought fast internet to everyone on the planet, and helped paralyzed people interact with the world again.

Heber J. Grant, J. Reuben Clark, David O. McKay, Messages of the First Presidency, 6:99 as taken from Latter-day Commentary on the Book of Mormon compiled by K. Douglas Bassett, p. 507-8
"We are not given the step-by-step backsliding of this Jareditic civilization till it reached the social and governmental chaos the record sets out, but those steps seem wholly clear from the results. Put into modern terms, we can understand them. First there was a forsaking of the righteous life, and the working of wickedness; then must have come the extortion and oppression of the poor by the rich; then retaliation and reprisal by the poor against the rich; then would come a cry to share the wealth which should belong to all; then the easy belief that society owed every man a living whether he worked or not; then the keeping of a great body of idlers; then when community revenues failed to do this, as they always have failed and always will fail, a self-helping by one to the goods of his neighbor; and finally when the neighbor resisted, as resist he must, or starve with his family, then death to the neighbor and all that belonged to him. This was the decreed 'fulness of iniquity' (Ether 2:10)."

There are 2 types of people: 1. People who see a trillionaire and wonder how they can innovate and emulate such success 2. People who see a trillionaire and seethe with resentment Do everything you can to ensure you're always around the first kind of person.

@jaredadairbell Be careful...let's keep it liked low key, because if the left woke mind virus finds out, they will find a way to corrupt it too...

Funny how we’re supposed to be outraged by a man becoming a trillionaire, but not by politicians who become millionaires on government salaries.
Wrong target.

How about instead of taxing Elon Musk more, we tax him less? How about we tax everyone less?
Elon Musk has never taken a cent from me. The government takes what, at least 37% of my money? Probably more. And they use it horribly ineffectively. Why would I take from someone who makes it work and give it to someone who can't make anything work?
English

@FiredUpCoug Then you might get that calling as Mission President...be careful!
