@USPS @USPSHelp how do I file a complaint that I’m not getting my mail but constantly get someone else’s. I use the informed delivery that mail is coming and it never comes around.

Hey @USPSHelp, question: I'm planning on mailing out a pencil to a friend. If I fold a stiff people around it, tape the sides, and put it inside a #10 envelope, would that be OK? And would a forever stamp cover this?

@USPS @USPSHelp My seller app/USPS states package was delivered at mailbox. Nothing in my mailbox cluster slot or my house by our camera. Where’s my missing package? Website won’t let me make a missing mail search or claim.

I've gotten 3 @USPS @USPSHelp Delivery notifications in the past week for packages that were delivered in December. Ridiculous, I'm old enough to remember when tracking worked reliably and wasn't some weird guesswork.

@USPSHelp I have tried calling my local station, no one will answer the phone. My package was "Unable to be delivered and there was no secure location to leave it". 1. I was home all day. 2. My building has a vestibule where items as large as couches have been left safely.

Really confused how @USPSHelp scans my package as “Out for Delivery” at 6:08PM (which it absolutely is not) and when I provide said tracking ID get “Tracking Not Available”

@USPSHelp @USPS my package was to ship from Cumming, GA to McDonough, GA. The tracking details have Cumming to Illinois to Texas to Atlanta to now New Jersey. What are yall doing?
