the drawback of dess knight being the biggest supported knight theory is now i see people hate on and discredit a theory ive loved since before chapter 3&4 came out purely because fans of it are annoying

This interaction isn’t provably explainable with Lightner intervention (yet.) There are other examples, but this is the most bizarre imo.

whenever someone tries to start a debate over whether deltarune is about “escapism bad” or “escapism good” i just start tuning them out regardless of their stance because if you play the game one single time youd know its so obviously about finding the middle ground

@467Doggo @jmoriboy if they were only supposed to live for one day, and Asgore kept them for 20 years, that means he kept them alive for roughly 7300 times past their lifespan. Imagine a literal GOD keeps you alive for like 500,000 years and tells you about all the cool god shit he does.

@images_i_hate2 If she ends up becoming Queen again in a neutral ending, she inevitably winds up being overthrown because shes too willfully ignorant to see the damage you’ve caused and once again takes no action to actually help the monsters. ironically, Toriel and Asgore have the same flaws

Unrelated but it’s funny how horrible of a person toriel is in undertale. Firstly she faults asgore for not taking one soul and then killing 6 innocents on the surface to free every war hungry monster (this would lead to genocide on both sides) + she entirely ghosts every

The Dark World and the dreams they live through them don’t cease to exist once Castle Town is sealed. queen is still there, tenna is still there, lancer is there, all of them are! The Light and Dark World’s can always be in harmony, they don’t have to stop dreaming!

@anhedoniamour in fact. I think Mettaton and Tenna are an intentional foreshadowing of what DELTARUNE will look like once they seal Castle Town. the objects never go away, they’re still right there with you even in the Light World. That’s how The Dark World and Light World are going to co-exist
