@EE My 'regular update' just says your working on it. Day 3 now with no signal and I'd like a little bit more information. Its entirely understandable there's problems after #stormdarragh. But I don't understand why you can't be more open about it, and help your customers plan.

@EE Mobile phone signal lost half way through #stormdarragh. Helpline tells me a big chunk of Wales without signal due to loss of power to masts. Can you confirm, and let me know when this is likely to be fixed?
