The Toronto Police Service and the Toronto Police Services Board in partnership with the Government of Ontario’s Ministry of Children, Community and Social Services are now accepting applications for the 2024 Youth in Policing After School Fall Program.

Reducing the @TPSBoard approved budget any further means our ability to hire 4 classes of 90 police officers each will not be possible. By 2025, any gains on the front line will be wiped out by retirements & growth, explains @TPSMyronDemkiw. #SupportYourTPS

Surprised? We see people on bail reoffending at alarming rates. Just this week an off-duty member of @DRPS recognize someone he know is on house arrest on gun charges out in a public area. He was stopped and found to be in possession of a handgun.

Yesterday, @TpaGrande joined @StarWarsCop, civilian & uniformed members from @TorontoPolice and former YIPI to give the gift of life through blood donation. Thank you to our members for going above & beyond to continue to support our communities. #TPAProud @CanadasLifeline
