Portal makes it nearly impossible to play right away IMO. I think D3 talent goes off the charts the more kids figure out that *actually playing baseball* should be the goal.

@jacksproject @d3ppodcast I believe schools simply have to let the NCAA know they can host. Some of these schools can't host b/c of graduation or other conflicts. Someone mentioned not having lights may prohibit you from hosting but I'm not sure about that one.
