@HMRCcustomers Is there an issue with Basic Tools and RTI submissions? My is showing as "On Hold" and has been all weekend, thanks.

Parents both elderly, father has stage 4 cancer. No power since 1.00pm and their post code is not reported as being affected despite local HV power outage. Spent two hours trying to report to @gridcustomersuk on phones as they have disabled option to report online

@PolyglotElsa Multi plug extension lead, there are never enough plug sockets. Hope 2nd time around works for him, I did similar and it was definitely for the best in the long run.
