@VendHelp It's now 16 hours since I last had a response from Vend tech support. I can see in the web chat that my answer to the last question you asked me has been seen by you but nobody either has the courtesy to respond or doesn't actually know the answer.

@VendHelp Being retail experts you guys will know that of one customer takes the time to write on an issue there's another 20-30-40 out there who are hacked off but too busy to complain.

@VendHelp The big issue is that I have to go to Twitter to get a response from @VendHelp . The big issue is that the normal support channels for Vend customers aren't working. Phone support number no longer works, live chat not working, 72 hours since I put a support ticket in, no response

@VendHelp The Import page on Add Products appears to be hanging. Tried different browsers, different Mac desktops, clearing cookies etc. All I see on trying to access the page is the slowly spinning C

@ajfala Alex, I'm desperately trying to get Vend tech support to communicate with me. There's no response on email, or phone and the Chat function on the @VendHelp or @vendhq web site doesn't seem to be functioning. Are there any humans still working at @vendhq ?
