I know it's not his fault, but if a dog (any dog) cannot be calm and cooperative around human beings it needs to go. What's going to set the dog off next time? A loud noise? Someone playing with a favorite toy? Moving the dog bowl during feeding? Sorry, but pupper needs to breathe his last breath.
