@snoopyrexic i made this mistake the other day and thought i was eating 150c of pasta when it was like 250c 😭😭😭😭

we as a community need to collectively move on from the “do i weigh my pasta/rice before or after cooking” questions

Why am I so much fatter than people my weight

My body is not used to the sudden drop in carbs, so I start to panic and feel an overwhelming anxious feeling.
