Codex incident is mitigated, seeing recovery. Lasted about 10 mins, Codex itself helped with the remediation, but ultimately the insight came from a human this time. Apologies for the disruption and rate limit reset incoming.

We are barely getting started with Codex. Good engineering and clear product thinking has never been more important and I’m proud of the team for deeply thinking about the primitives that will stand the test of time. Things will continue to accelerate from here.

Pro tip: keep the same thread running as long as you want codex will handle context for you. My oldest thread is 60+ days old and over 59MB

@limuvibecoding @thsottiaux According to Grok they have a grand unified app in the works. To be honest, Codex is already used by a lot of people for non-coding tasks (per Codex meetup chats). It is somewhat of a misnomer. It is an agent on your computer that can do many useful things.

Hey Tibo, does Codex have any interface or user experience designed for non-programmers? Similar to CoWork - I find myself using CoWork and QoderWork a lot in my daily work, but I know GPT is the best, so I hope Codex could also launch something like "CodexWork." I think that would be really awesome 👍
