In a victory for CSBA's Education Legal Alliance and Napa Valley USD, the Sac County Superior Court found that the State Board of Ed overstepped its authority in reversing the decisions of the district and COE in denying a charter petition. blog.csba.org/court-rules-sb… @NVUSD
