When stock basically has unlimited supply by lend & borrow downward pressure is guaranteed.

$IBRX If shorted at $8.07, At 17.47% borrow rate the shorts are paying .38 cents a day per share. Shorter at that price has 22 days before their cost will be more than the money they make if SP hits zero. Figure that logic out.
