Extremely disappointed with @zingbus today. I was left stranded at the pickup point shown in the app as the bus marshal simply didn’t stop and initially ignored my calls. I had to chase the bus and spend ₹500 on a cab to board it 30 km ahead. This is unacceptable service😣😣

@zingbus booked bus from app for women.PNR-ZB2603062047161581. Date 12 mar time 9.50 pm from Dhaula Kuan delhi got cancelled at 8.10 pm by sending whatsup and 250 also got deducted.The family went to Dhaula then got to now cancelled. No concerned about women safety and security.

I experienced a delay of more than four hours on my @zingbus Maxx booking, and the company has only provided a coupon worth ₹348 as compensation. This amount is not adequate compared to the inconvenience caused. When passengers pay a significant fare, they expect accountability and fair treatment. Offering a small coupon does not reflect genuine customer care. Zingbus should take responsibility for such long delays and provide meaningful compensation that respects the time and money of its customers.
