edgeX 是个挺有意思的项目，一天没看就已经涨了 40%。尽管如此，我个人还是劝大家不要 fomo 也别在这个项目上多花时间，具体原因听我慢慢分析。 以下观点源自我在 2024 年底和 2025 年底两次在 edgeX 上尝试做市的亲身经历。 1. 刷量与数据造假 edgeX 是我见过的所有交易所里刷数据最明目张胆的。接过他们 api 的人都知道，trades 接口会返回 maker 和 taker 的账号 id。早在 2024 年我就发现了 95% 的交易量来自同一个账号的自我成交，也就是说maker 和 taker 是同一个 id。2025 年中我朋友也向我反馈了同样的问题。 这段时间的交易量在 defillama 上都可以查到。这种行为持续存在了相当长的时间，要么是团队自己在刷，要么是选择视而不见。不管哪种，都很难让我对这个项目抱有信心。 2. 排挤外部做市商 2024 年我们实际交易了一段时间，但因为没有盈利就停了策略（现在怀疑撮合引擎优先他们自己的订单）。2025 年再次尝试时，发现团队加了每秒仅 1 次的 api 提交限制。了解高频做市的人都清楚，速率不够就无法及时撤单，风险根本不可控。申请提高速率的官方回复是"infra 不支持"。注意，这个还是我们以做市商身份接触下来的结果。 这样做的直接后果是当他们自己发币时，能获得独家定价权，并通过操控订单簿实时调整市场情绪。比如，外部做市商认为币价值 10，挂出 11 的卖单，但项目方作为最大的做市商可以直接挂出 20 的买单和 21 的卖单，彻底架空外部定价。他们还可以在买盘堆出巨量订单，制造买方情绪高涨的假象来拉盘。 为什么 $MARU 值 500M？为什么 $EDGE 上线后第一个小时的 K 线走势异常圆润？为什么开盘 edgeX 上的价格比 binance 和 polymarket 都高出约 30%，并维持了一个多小时？如果假设整个交易所只有一个内部做市商在操控价格的话一切都很好解释了。 3. 团队缺乏透明度 在 2024 年第一次与项目方沟通时对接的是两个人。一位是外包 BD，同时给多家交易所工作，还时不时还邀请我去别的平台交易。另一位则从听起来像是中老年大妈的非典型的 crypto 从业者。更关键的是，从头到尾的几次视频会议中，他们始终没有开过摄像头，提供的也是假名。交易所本身金融属性很强，在私人会议场景下露面是建立信任的基本操作，但直到 18 个月后的今天，依然没有人知道团队负责人的真名或长什么样。这种程度的匿名，放在交易所身上，很难让人放心。 综合以上几点，不管 edgeX 在 X 上吹得多猛，我始终没敢在上面交易，朋友问起也从来不推荐。结合空投时的老鼠仓，现在的拉盘大概率是项目方在寻找退出流动性，大家眼睛擦擦良别成了接盘侠。我能帮到的就只能到这里了。

@yourQuantGuy edgeX 费率是真的高，当时算了下开小号刷手续费就要先投不少钱进去，就直接放弃了

@0xError__ 别的我不知道，但 1 request / second 是真的难受，别说取消订单了，当时套利为了能提高下单频率，不得不开了好多小号

Yea agree with the participation exemption, but from a tax perspective, what is the point of having a Swiss LLC as a holding company in the first place if you are already an UAE resident? All your income is already tax free. If you are not a UAE resident, but a Swiss resident, Swiss holding company makes sense, since it defers the person income taxes . If you are not even a Swiss resident, then Swiss LLC is simply a terrible option if you ever need to take money out.

Switzerland has a participation exemption if the Swiss company owns more than 10% of the foreign subsidiary, dividends received from that subsidiary are largely tax-exempt in Switzerland. UAE also has 0% withholding tax on dividends, so profits can move from the UAE company to the Swiss holding with minimal leakage You don’t necessarily extract money from the Swiss LLC Instead you can: • Pay yourself a salary from the UAE company while living there (0% personal income tax) • Reinvest profits at the Swiss holding level into other companies or assets • Use the Swiss entity for banking access, contracts, investors, and legal stability

@Muramasatrades @k0k1eth Why would you have a Swiss LLC as a shareholder. Whenever you try to take money out of the Swiss LLC, you would have to pay withholding tax if you are not a Swiss resident and income tax if you are.

@k0k1eth Lived there for 2y, best combo for taxes/regulation is having a base in Saudia/UAE living there autumn/winter time then spring/summer in Switzerland. Swiss LLC acting as foreign shareholder in a Saudi/UAE company. This way you have the best of both worlds

我觉得 @paradex 的价格包含了很大的情绪因素。 目前的 fdv 只有不到 50M。而其他同等 vol，oi 的交易所的 fdv 都比 paradex 高，fdv 同样的交易所的数据又比 paradex 差不少。 虽然我不一定相信团队，但我会相信产品和数据。建议大家过一周等市场冷静下来了再判断手里的 token 是买还是卖。

@CS_Don11 @paradex 开盘前的预期是 100 - 150m fdv 可以跟 avantis，drift，derive，orderly 等进行对比。不管怎么算 50m 都是偏低的，应该就是刚开始的时候做市商流动性没部署好，市场情绪被带偏了。
