Arguably one of the better price modelling i have seen, which is genuinely pulling various liquidity metrics from XRPL, to create the various views. Eye catching is its "calculated XRP price", up to $18,000. Now before you have kittens, this number is ACTUALLY CORRECT. But (hold on still), the big "IF" is if the assumed volumes are reached. as it says: FULL SYSTEMDominant global bridge, mature assetLayer 05 · Cross-ledger peak-ticket · bridge-asset routing between tokenization ecosystems, peak ticket of $50BN Is when it is price estimate of $18k becomes accuate. So, instead of always trying to find price predictions, this is it, lock it in. Now, all we have to do is guess or have a formed opinion of what the "Likely Scenario" will be, and whether XRP/XRPL and/or Ripple do indeed get there!

Texas doesn’t have state income tax. What it DOES have is a property tax bill that resets every year based on whatever your home is “worth now.” Mine went up $3,800 in a single year. I didn’t get a raise. My house didn’t get bigger. The state just decided it needed more money. At least california is honest about robbing you.
