A further update with more good news: it appears that my lung mets have not grown since i started chemo. That is about the best we could hope for with #adenoidcysticcarcinoma #ACC. Side effects are much milder with lower dose so I will continue with lenvatinib for now.

An update on this (and it is good!): based on serious swallowing & speech issues & some necrosis in the graft from my original surgery, my team suspected recurrence of the cancer in my mouth. HOWEVER, all biopsy & imaging results cane back and agree: NO RECURRENCE!!! /1
