Gotta love @lyft response…I was at the ATL airport! My hotel is literally 1 mile away. The driver drove a good 8 min the wrong direction! This wasn’t an “inconvenience”. It was 9:30pm! He didn’t say ANYTHING like, sorry I got on the wrong direction 🤬

Do not use @lyft! First my driver was 30 min late! Then he was driving in the complete wrong direction for quite some time! I was panicked. To @lyft, both these things are worth only $5!

@AskLyft my driver last night should have been there at 8:51pm. He showed up at 9:15pm and then went the wrong way! This ride should be refunded!
