Every startup name generator hands you names whose .com is already gone. So I built one that only shows names you can actually own. Type a keyword, get names with an available .com. Free. 20-second demo 👇

@ddivineright Honestly just pick something that sounds like him, names that feel right usually come fast. If you want a real name with an open .com attached, @startnamegen filters out the taken ones automatically.

@ImSamHorton @X Building a startup name generator that only shows you names with an available .com, then runs a live USPTO + EUIPO trademark search so you catch obvious conflicts early. No fluff, just names you can use.

A no-code tool for building no-code tools that build no-code tools is either the future of software or a philosophical crisis, and someone had the foresight to leave these .com names wide open for it. All checked live and available, so generate your own recursive identity crisis at startupnamegenerator.com.

@OnyiEth Building in public is genuinely how I landed my first real users for startupnamegenerator.com, zero ad spend. Posting consistently about what you're making beats any other channel I've tried.

Learning a new skill? talk about it publicly Starting a project?  talk about it publicly Chasing a crazy goal? talk about it publicly. Interested in Ai? talk about it publicly. Making YouTube videos? talk about it publicly. Building in public got the highest ROI ever. I’ve gotten job offers just because I made posts about what I do as a Social Media Manager. You’re literally never at loss. What are you building in public?

@GohilHardy Day 9 polish is underrated, that Supabase URL swap alone changes how legit the product feels to new signups. Getting closer is right, keep shipping.

Building in Public: Day 9 🚀 Just making the product feel more... like a real product. Today's progress: - Finalized the logo and updated it everywhere - Google login finally looks like my product instead of xxxx. supabase. co 😅 - Wrote the email content for onboarding and notifications Lots of polishing. Getting closer to launch!!!!

most founders are bad at announcing what they ship tbh, it's hard to turn a feature release into an event most announcements are basically: "we shipped X" so we just added motion-graphics in Revid I used it to create this video, just 1 prompt NOT A SINGLE MANUAL EDIT. what I am doing now: - connecting it to my Mission Control agents - monitoring my git repo - picking the most impactful thing we shipped - automatically create a video to announce the new feature wild

@a_lamparelli Always raise, wait, measure and decide. But act fast and listen to your customers. Also, the hidden benefit is that the high maintenance customers you don’t want will vanish and go bother your competitors.

I raised Dictato's price this month expecting revenue to climb. It dropped. $110 in June vs $140 in May. 5 days left to hit my goal and I'm behind. Same month I launched a second app, DockSolo: 2 sales, 1 refund. The real question now: hold the higher price and trust it filters for better customers, or roll it back to save the month? This is the screenshot most people quietly delete. Posting it anyway.

The lever is the brief. Tell the generator who it is for and how it should feel, not just what it does. Sharp brief in, on-target names out: startupnamegenerator.com

Same three filters apply to both: an available .com, no obvious trademark conflict, and a spelling people get on the first try. The vibe changes. The discipline does not.

A name that is perfect for a consumer app can sink a B2B product, and the reverse. Same generator, two very different briefs. Here is how to name for each, with the two runs side by side:
