@saen_dev the trick is building for users who don't know indie hacker twitter exists. they just want their problem solved and will pay for it. the echo chamber is nice for accountability but deadly if you optimize for it.

Hard truth. The indie hacker space rewards talking about building more than actually building. Revenue comes from solving real customer problems, not collecting upvotes from other builders. Ship for users who'll pay, not for Twitter approval.
