Hey @armaniferrante , I’m seeing two different position views on the same account on @Backpack. Laptop shows one value, iPhone another. Break-even is identical, but the mobile position display looks incorrect. Do someone have same issues?

Listen up. I have one single passport, and I already passed KYC on it 2 years ago. You decided to run another random check — I passed it. The system didn’t count it, but the problem isn’t that two different people tried — the issue is your shitty provider lagged like hell. Everything was freezing, I waited 10 fucking minutes for the verification to even start, then I refreshed and retried it 3 times. You’re just a loudmouth scammer. You publicly wrote: “DM me your email” (which I didn’t even do, by the way), and then you turn around and say “he didn’t pass KYC, I checked everything”. HOW THE FUCK COULD YOU CHECK ANYTHING when you don’t even know my email, you lying piece of shit?

⚖️WHEN THEY PLAYED HUNTING FOR SYBIL ... 1) Guys from the @Backpack team, you're making a mistake! Other exchanges have made this mistake before you, and they ended up closing down. Don't follow in their footsteps! I don't know if @armaniferrante is aware of what's going on, but now he definitely will be. The goal is not to spread hate, but to highlight injustice, the ignorance of which will catch up with you in the future in the form of a lack of users. There are tons of exchanges, I don't want to choose. And users won't choose a place where they've already been cheated! The Backpack team requested a re-verification of the KYC before the TGE. A step aimed at sybil. Okay, that's understandable. No questions asked. But you chose the provider @sumsub, which clearly did not do its job. Even a successful verification on the sumsub pages gave an error like “Verification Expired” after a long wait, which could last up to 8 hours. There was an error on sumsub, but in the Backpack TGE Verified interface, the user did not understand whether they had passed the re-verification or not. As a result, they tried to do it again, as there was no understanding whether it was the platform or the KYC provider that was glitching, why this endless verification was stuck, especially since even when successful, it wrote a refusal on the KYC provider's page. Three attempts in a practically non-functional interface that simply did not verify the real legitimate identity, followed by a ban. But is it the user's fault that the project was not fully developed or that the provider messed up? Why is it always the end user? He traded with you and you were happy to earn commissions. But at the first sign of trouble with this user, you slam the door in his face? If this user is real and willing to undergo a full verification, provide documents, show his face on camera = give him a working method to prove his identity. Sybil won't ask for it, their drops have long been scattered around the world, and they won't even try to go through KYC again because they won't find those people.
